Saltzman suggests buying a sound bar; a horizontal speaker that sits just above or below your flat screen. These bars house multiple speakers and can simulate surround sound for TV shows, movies and video games. They can be less expensive than receivers, require less room and are easy to set up, so if you’re interested in improving sound quality, consider buying a sound bar!
